This is how Atkins treated cancer, which he considered “a controllable chronic illness.” Dr. Atkins once stated, “There is not one, but many cures for cancer available. But they are all being systematically suppressed by the ACS, the NCI, and the major oncology centers. They have too much of an interest in the status quo.” And regarding the cancer industry, and the medical establishment in general, Atkins once said, “If it isn’t a conspiracy, it sure seems like one.”

That’s probably true. It isn’t a conspiracy. And it does seem like one. That’s probably a true statement. He’s right.
